What is in this blend?
This vial contains two peptides lyophilised together: CJC-1295 no DAC (also known as Mod GRF 1-29), an analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), and Ipamorelin, a pentapeptide that selectively binds to the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) in research. They act on two different points of the same hormonal axis in research models; for that reason, they are used alongside each other in research setups.
Research
The literature concerns the individual compounds. Ipamorelin was characterised in 1998 in the European Journal of Endocrinology as a selective growth hormone secretagogue; synthetic GHRH analogues appear, among others, in analytical work regarding their detection. Studies on this specific combination in one vial do not exist.
No DAC
'No DAC' means that the peptide does not carry a Drug Affinity Complex (lysine-maleimide conjugate); this is a different compound than CJC-1295 with DAC, which is listed separately in the catalogue.

What is the difference between CJC-1295 no DAC and CJC-1295 with DAC?
CJC-1295 no DAC (Mod GRF 1-29) is the modified GHRH fragment without a coupling group. The DAC variant carries an additional lysine-maleimide group that binds to albumin; they are two different compounds with their own product page.
Why a blend instead of two separate vials?
A blend requires one reconstitution and has one lot reference. Separate vials provide more freedom in the ratio; both components can also be ordered separately.
