What it is
CJC-1295 no DAC, also known as mod GRF(1-29), consists of the first 29 amino acids of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) with four substitutions (D-Ala2, Gln8, Ala15, Leu27) that make the peptide more resistant to enzymatic degradation, including by DPP-4. Without the albumin-binding DAC group, the duration of action in the literature is short; that is the intended difference from the DAC variant.
Note when looking up
Mod GRF(1-29) is not the same as sermorelin, although both fall under GRF(1-29). Sermorelin is the unmodified sequence; this compound carries the four substitutions. Databases frequently confuse the two, and the molecular mass differs accordingly. Therefore, no molecular mass is listed in the specifications: the hit in PubChem was sermorelin, and thus the wrong substance.

What is the difference between CJC-1295 no DAC and CJC-1295 with DAC?
Both share the same substituted GHRH(1-29) base. The DAC variant has an additional group that binds to albumin, causing the molecule to remain in circulation for days in clinical research; without DAC, the described duration of action is short.
Is mod GRF(1-29) the same as sermorelin?
No. Sermorelin is the unmodified GRF(1-29) sequence; mod GRF(1-29) carries four amino acid substitutions. Databases regularly confuse the two, so verify which substance is meant when looking it up.
