Dispatch time

Ordered and paid on a business day before 22:00: dispatched the same day. For bank transfers, the moment your payment is received applies; many banks transfer instantly (SEPA Instant). After 22:00, on weekends, or on public holidays, your order will be dispatched on the next business day. The delivery calculator calculates the date for your country.

Rates and delivery time

Netherlands: € 4,95 per order, delivery next business day after dispatch.
Belgium and other EU countries: € 9,95 per order, delivery 1–4 business days after dispatch, depending on the country.
Free shipping: from € 200,00 within the Netherlands and from € 200,00 to other countries, calculated on the amount after discount.

We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Austria, Spain, Italy, Sweden, and Poland; not to the United Kingdom or outside the EU. Shipped from the Netherlands · no customs or import duties within the EU.

How your package arrives

Neutrally packaged with sender address, without product names on the outside. The vials are secured in an insert. Every package contains the card "Check upon receipt": compare the lot on the vial with the lot on the report, verify the report with BTLabs, and check the seal and powder.

We do not ship refrigerated: lyophilized powder is stable at room temperature during transit. Store the vials after receipt according to the storage information on the product page.

Broken or lost? We reship

Has your package been lost (the track & trace shows no progress for 5 business days), arrived damaged, or is something missing or incorrectly delivered? Report it within 14 days after delivery via "Report an issue" on your order page, including a photo. We will reship free of charge. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

During busy periods

During busy periods, we sometimes dispatch 1 business day later than usual. This will be stated at the top of the site, along with the new dispatch date; the dates in the cart and checkout will adjust accordingly.

Returns

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days after delivery. You can read how this works in the return policy.
