What it is
CJC-1295 with DAC is a modified GHRH analogue. The DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) is a maleimido group attached to an additional lysine that enables the peptide to bind to albumin in the blood, allowing it to circulate considerably longer than the native fragment. Molecular mass 3647.2 g/mol, formula C165H269N47O46, CAS 446262-90-4. That is the difference from the no-DAC variant in this catalogue: the same base, a different half-life.
Research
The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism published research in 2006 in healthy adults on the prolonged stimulation of growth hormone and IGF-I by CJC-1295; a follow-up study from the same year investigated whether the pulsatile release pattern was maintained. More recent literature addresses GHRH analogues in the context of sports medicine and anti-doping detection, useful background when reading claims about this class of compounds.

DAC stands for Drug Affinity Complex: a maleimido group that binds to albumin in the blood. In clinical research, this extended the half-life of the peptide to approximately 6–8 days.
What is the difference compared to CJC-1295 no DAC?
The same substituted GHRH(1-29) base, but without the albumin-binding group. In the literature, the no-DAC variant (mod GRF 1-29) has a short duration of action and is cheaper per vial.
