How is it shipped and does it need to be refrigerated?
The lyophilized powder is shipped dry from the Netherlands, neutrally packaged with sender: within the Netherlands usually the next business day, within the EU 1–4 business days. Upon receipt, place the vial directly into the freezer (−20 °C).
